About Fascial Stretch Therapy
Benefits:
FST helps to improve mobility, reduce pain, and increase flexibility by decompressing joints and enhancing circulation.
Technique:
During an FST session, a trained practitioner guides you through dynamic stretching techniques, using controlled breathwork and gentle resistance.
Goals:
The therapy aims to release fascial adhesions, restore tissue elasticity, and enhance athletic performance by optimizing biomechanics.
FST differs from traditional stretching as it focuses on the entire body and works with the nervous system to improve overall movement efficiency.
All Xist Stretch Therapists are FST certified.
